Bury + Partners is a professional consulting firm serving the private sector as well as many public agencies. The firm has been in charge of the survey of the Storm Ranch for the Conservation Easement with the Hill Country Conservancy.

Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA)
The Real Estate Council of Austin, Inc. (RECA) renewed its commitment to preserving open space in February 2006 by pledging $400,000 to Hill Country Conservancy - a fourfold increase from the initial $100,000 the 1,600-member group previously made to HCC. As one of the founding members of HCC, RECA is a member-oriented organization with a diverse membership reflective of Austin. The group includes architects, attorneys, developers, engineers, financial institutions, landscaping companies and real estate brokers. RECA's leadership serves on the HCC Board, and RECA’s members are active participants in the Conservancy’s ongoing fundraising activities. RECA’s Board voted to increase its funding commitment to be used for the acquisition of open space.

Stratus Properties
Stratus Properties is a real estate development company known for the quality of its residential and commercial communities, with careful attention to planning and respect for the environment. Stratus provided 'seed' money and other gifts when Hill Country Conservancy was created in 2000. In April of 2006, Stratus Properties exceeded their long history of generosity with an unprecedented gift of $2,000,000 - the largest ever given by any corporation for land preservation in Central Texas. Hill Country Conservancy is indeed indebted to Stratus Properties for their counsel and steadfast financial support.

City of Austin
The City of Austin is committed to preserving environmentally sensitive land and protecting the city's water quality. Through a public/private partnership with the City of Austin, HCC has been able to make several property purchases using part of the $13.4 million approved by voters in November 2000 to acquire land to preserve as open spaces.

Guadalupe-Blanco River
The Guadalupe-Blanco River Trust is a nonprofit land trust organization that was developed to conserve land in the Guadalupe River Watershed for its natural, recreational, scenic, historic, and productive value.

Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce
The Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce is part of a statewide partnership of chambers ready to help members make contacts; aid in relocating businesses and personnel; and provide information about the quickest way to involve an enterprise on the inside of the local business scene.
