History of the Hill Country Reminder! The History of the Hill Country Lunch & Learn is Tuesday, May 18th!

Hill Country Conservancy is hosting a panel discussion with our very own Hill Country landowners.
These landowners will intrigue and engage you with a history of the Hill Country and thought-provoking perspectives on conserving their land, leaving a legacy, and land conservation!
Panelists to include RB Wilson, Lynne Storm, and Lissa Rabon.

Member Appreciation Picnic 
Please join Hill Country Conservancy for the first annual Member Appreciation Picnic and Wildflower Walk! We appreciate you as a member and want to thank you for your crucial support of land and water conservation regionally!

This family friendly event gives you the opportunity to experience a Hill Country Conservancy project firsthand, learn about the natural ecosystem, learn the names of native wildflowers, and enjoy a picnic lunch at the preserve!

Date: Saturday, May 15th

Time: 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Location: Autumn Woods
Manchaca, TX (near 1626 & Bliss Spillar Road)


What to Expect:

 

 Wildflower Identification Hike with local experts

 A picnic lunch provided by Hill Country Conservancy

 An opportunity to take family portraits on this beautiful Hill Country ranch in the wildflowers

Members of all levels are invited to attend this special event at Autumn Woods. This beautiful 132-acre property presents visitors with a unique view of abundant and diverse native vegetation and wildlife.

 TIP   Wear appropriate outdoor clothing, sturdy shoes, and bring a water bottle. Some rugged off-trail hiking will be experienced. Bring a blanket to enjoy lunch in the wildflowers! This is a rain or shine event!
