HCC hosts several events throughout the year to promote its mission of conserving and preserving open spaces, scenic vistas, and natural habitats.

Thursday, March 20th: Amplify Austin kickoff Event

Join HCC and our network of like-minded, Hill Country-loving, supporters of clean air and water March 20th at Star Bar from 5pm to 8pm to help Hill Country Conservancy Amplify Austin! (Click here to check out the facebook event page)

Beginning at 5 pm we’ll celebrate the Amplify Austin campaign and you’ll help us party down in an effort to fundraise for conservation! We’ll have fantastic door prizes, our famous soft HCC t-shirts, and you’ll be part of a rally of support for all the hard-working non-profit organizations in Austin, Texas. If you have been waiting for a time to really make your donation count – remember, all gifts made during this event will be matched to a certain amount by “I Live Here, I Give Here.”

Star Bar will also be donating a portion of bar sales so come help us make that donation a BIG ONE! Click here to help us reach our goal!

Saturday, April 19th: Monthly Birding and Nature Hike

9:00 – 11:30 a.m. @ Nalle Bunny Run Wildlife Preserve
Hill Country Conservancy invites you to join us on one of our Monthly Birding and Nature Hikes at Nalle Bunny Run Wildlife Preserve every 3rd Saturday of the Month. The hikes are free and open to the public.

Tuesday, April 22nd: Give 5% to Mother Earth Day

On Tuesday, April 22nd, over 130 businesses including Whole Earth, Easy Tiger, Guero’s, Franklin Barbecue, Hops and Grain, Bouldin Creek Cafe, TacoDeli, SoLa, Moontower Saloon, and SO MANY MORE are donating 5% of sales to Hill Country Conservancy, Clean Water Fund, Urban Roots, Friends of Barton Springs Pool, Texas Campaign for the Environment Fund, Texas Land Conservancy, and Tree Folks! These seven non-profits work tirelessly to ensure the environment, which is a huge part of why Austin is Austin, remains green, clean, and healthy!

So for the FIFTH year in a row, get ready to EAT, SHOP, PLAY, AND MORE on Tuesday, April 22nd at participating businesses and you’ll personally make a significant impact for a great cause!
